  • French/English or English proficiency
  • Experience in project management translations/CAT Tools
  • Customer service experience


Project management: The PM is responsible (either in collaboration with or under the supervision of a Customer Service Representative/his own Manager) for the good development of the translations project, from the reception of the source files to the delivery of the translations to the client.


  • Analyze the tasks entrusted by our clients
  • Prepare the files before being translated
  • Select the language resources (with the help of the Sales assistant)
  • Select the most appropriate translators for the job
  • Organize the proofreading phase as well as the time management of the proofreaders
  • Organize the quality control and its implementation
  • Deliver the final work to the customer
  • After-sales follow-up
